The Gozo Motocross Association has presented the sum of € 500 in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund. GMA general secretary VickyAnn Xuereb presented the donation on behalf of the association as part of the L-Istrina 2020 marathon.
The money has been collected from member riders and committee members in an effort to give something back to those less fortunate, especially in these difficult times.
The Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation supports individuals and entities to improve the health, quality of life and well being of people in their time of need.
The aim of the Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation is to improve the quality of life and care of individuals and the society in general, without any form of discrimination on the basis of social class, gender identity, age, ability, health, status or religion.
In the meantime, the association would like to wish a healthy and prosperous new year.
