The Gozo Motocross Association will once again be organizing the Gozo Motocross Championship for the 2023 - 2024 season.
As always the championship will consist of a total of 8 rounds, each taking place at the Ta' Xhajma Motocross Track in Gozo. The first round is happening tomorrow, Sunday 22nd October. Races to start at 01:00pm.
An 8th part Junior Championship will also be taking place this year for junior riders above the age of 8 years.
During this season, the association will also be organizing Fun Races, which are very popular amongst Gozitan and Maltese riders alike.
During the February Fun Race, 6 British riders will be joining our riders in a memorial race in memory of Trevor King, a British motocrosser who passed away recently.
The riders, well known in the British Championship and the FIM world flat track championship, are Gaz Bishop, Tim Creig, Richard Brown, Ashley Beckett, Ian Rowbotham, and Paul Croxon. Local riders are looking forward to this exciting event.
